This is not, by any means, a list of foods that is going to magically make you healthy. These are just my personal favs that I include in my diet!

Let’s start with
Food
Current Favorite:

Boom Chicka Pop Holiday Flavors
The best way to get my sweet holiday fix in! You get all the sweet holiday flavors with a side of fiber to help with fullness. The peppermint is my fav, but really I love all 3!
Snacks:
My snacks tend to be pretty simple. A fruit or veggie with a source of protein like cheese or a hard boiled egg. But there are definitely some snacks foods that I STAN! Here are a few:

Boom Chicka Pop Popcorn
Popcorn is an easy low calorie snack to munch on anytime you’re feeling snackish! You get 2 whole cups for 140 calories (plus it has fiber, yay!). The kettle corn is my fav!

IWON Organic Protein Puff Snack Stix
If you’re anything like me, getting in protein throughout your day is TASK! Love having snackable solutions. At 10 grams of protein per serving, these are the perfect high protein snack. I go for the honey mustard flavor!

Good Culture Cottage Cheese
Probiotics are so important for gut health! And gut health affects almost every part of your body. If you’re a cottage cheese eater, I highly recommend checking your grocery store for this high protein snack!

Earth Balance – Peanut Butter with Flaxseed
One nutrient that deserves a lot of focus is omega-3’s. These are anti-inflammatory and protect heart health. But they can be hard to get enough of. Adding flaxseeds (high in omega-3’s) with yummy peanut butter is a perfect solution!
Meal Time:

Taylor Farms Salad Kits
It is rare that a week goes by without me having at least one salad kit from Taylor Farms. Such an easy way to make a delicious and healthy lunch. Right now, I’m loving the everything salad and the dill pickle!

Bolthouse Farms Salad Dressings
Speaking of salad, if you love your salad dressing and have a hard time staying to the recommended serving size… you have to check out Bolthouse Farm’s dressings. They use greek yogurt to create a lower calorie, but still delicious product. The honey mustard is my fav!

Morning Star Chickn Patty
My go to lunch is a Taylor Farm Salad Kit with a Morning Star chickn paty and Bolthouse Farms dressing. If I can microwave my protein source in just a couple minutes and have it still taste good. I’m in! They have lots of other good products too!
Krusteaz Protein Pancakes
Sorry Kodiak, Krusteaz takes the cake here. They actually taste like yummy delicious pancakes, are still whole grain, and still high in protein!
Drinks:
The best drink you can have is just plain old water. But if you struggle with water intake, here are a few of my favorite drinks to increase your hydration!

AHA Sparkling Water
It’s hard for me to pick a favorite sparkling water because, really, I like them all. But I have had clients who DON’T like sparkling water and are hooked on this brand!

Spindrift Sparkling Water
I know I just said that I didn’t have a favorite sparkling water. But this is my favorite. They add a little bit of fruit juice in, which makes it taste sooooo good!

Hint Flavored Water
If you hate carbonation in your water, Hint is an awesome choice for flavored water!

Tazo Wild Sweet Orange Tea
Want something warm and cozy at night? Or on cold days? Herbal tea is an amazing way to increase hydration and comfort level at the same time. Tazo’s wild sweet orange tea is my go to! It’s so good you don’t even need to add any sweetener!
